*BOOK ELSEWHERE PSYCHIATRIC APPOINTMENTS ARE TOO LIMITED TO WASTE TIME WITH THIS DR.
Don’t recommend scheduled my appointment over a month ago. It was reschedule the morning of my appointment literally minutes before my appointment because the Mr. Faiad wouldn’t be in the office. They rescheduled for the following week. I got on the telehealth 5 mins before appointment time (1:15). At 1:17 the call had not started. So I use the texting gestire they have on the telehealth to confirm we’re meeting since he rescheduled last appointment. His respond “Please call ho using works as they have said you rescheduled”. I responded staying that I didn’t and that this was a rescheduled call due to him rescheduling from last week. He didn’t respond. I called housing work no one picked up. I wrote him again letting him no one picked up I did not reschedule and to confirm that he was cancelling our appointment for the second time. He did not respond.

I saw Mohamed Faiad for medication management and had a very positive experience. Despite a booking error on my end, he kindly accommodated me without issue. And off the bat, I felt heard and at ease. He listened carefully, asked necessary questions, and was understanding of what I was going through during this period of transition and the type of support I currently needed. He explained things clearly, made everything feel straightforward, and proposed a plan for future meetings that I felt comfortable with (while also making it clear he was reachable for questions or follow-ups).
Overall, I left feeling relieved about my care and more confident that I’m getting back on track (with someone respectful and professional). I will definitely be continuing with him.

Dr Faiad, wasn't only the utmost professional Doctor and gentelman he also was well explained why and how his solution will work. He made me extreamly comfortable to be open with him. He directed me in the right path for medical care in other medical fields by giving me referrals to the proper Doctor. He made sure before we ended our appointment if there was anything else I may be concerns with or any questions if I was unsure of anything. Great manors, friendly, non judgemental, brilliant mind, and gave patient sense of comfortablility. I would recomend him to anyone in need of a Doctor in the fields He practices in. The next generation has a great Doctor to treat them for many years to come. They are very lucky. Dr. Faiad made me an appointment to follow up and revisit my cheif complaint today.
