About Dr. Mohammed Yusuf Aslam
Dr. Yusuf Aslam is a board-qualified podiatric physician and surgeon with a strong passion for evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care. He is dedicated to helping patients maintain mobility and manage foot and ankle issues with effective, individualized treatment.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he was actively involved in research and earned the Chancellor’s Undergraduate Research Award for three consecutive years. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University.
Dr. Aslam completed his residency training at Loyola University Medical Center and Hines VA Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident and gained comprehensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, both nonsurgical and surgical. During his residency, he conducted research on plantar plate injuries, which was selected for presentation at the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) Annual Scientific Conference.
Dr. Aslam believes in a compassionate, individualized approach to care and is committed to delivering the highest standard of treatment to each of his patients. He believes that listening carefully and treating each patient as an individual are essential to delivering exceptional care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and playing sports, including soccer and basketball.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Aslam. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Dr. Aslam took the time to really listen to my concerns and gave a clear, detailed explanation of my condition and treatment options.

Dr. Muhammed Yusuf Aslam is very soft spoken, knowledgeable, good listener, and he takes time for thorough examination. He takes time to explain clearly what is going on and what to expect.
