What should a new client know about working with you?

I am trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR and pre-surgical bariatric assessments I have an interest in health psychology, chronic pain, trauma, eating disorders, and psychological assessments. I work with adults presenting with a wide range of issues. I also can incorporate somatic work into my therapeutic approach.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I enjoy incorporating humor into my work. I try my best to be as nonjudgmental as possible and let you be the boss! After all, you are the expert on your life. It would be an honor to learn more about you and help you on your journey to whatever amazing life pursuits you have in mind. I can see clients outside of Minnesota via telehealth via PsyPact.
