He completed his internship and residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Jacobi Medical Center in New York City. During his training at Jacobi Medical Center, the department of Internal Medicine recognized him with the best medical resident in ambulatory care services and most humanistic resident awards. Subsequently, he continued his fellowship in cardiology and graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr Gebremedihn is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology.
