I set an appointment around 8:30am and there was an open appt. at 11:40am. We arrived a few minutes early. We were called back within 10 minutes of arriving. I would recommend this office anytime.

The doctor (Jennifer Nies) we saw today was awful! We generally have a good experience at this location. The triage gal was great. Jennifer (doc) came in and never even touched my son’s sprained ankle. No exam was actually done & she just said “ordering a xray”. Everything else was me prompting. She was very inattentive, did not interact very kindly and stared at her computer the entire visit. It was very weird to be seen for a possible sprained ankle or broken ankle and no range of motion or actual visit completed. She seemed annoyed to be there and when I asked her about comparing my son’s foot swelling from one foot to the other she said “oh it’s on the outside”. She wasn’t even aware of what side the injury was on. No offer to wrap it/how to care for it. I asked to clarify she said Rest/Ice/Elevate. I said I brought him in hopes to convince him if needed to use crutches. Her response was “oh”! How embarrassing for this establishment. I could have went to teledoc. Do better!
