My routine eye exam took an hour and a half start to end. Back home, my eye exams never took more than 30 minutes.
I blame this on their process, throughout which I met with 4 different professionals and then had to wait for 30 minutes to see the actual doctor.
I understand this is most efficient for them, but it leaves the patients waiting. An hour and a half for a routine eye exam is crazy.
I will not be coming back after this experience. I and am now also considering LASIK so I don’t have to deal with this.
