Booked an appointment for 9am and showed up at the time only for the office to tell me that they don’t open until 12pm. The office hours on the website and office door didn’t reflect that.

You have to ring the bell for them to let you in. I had an appointment, but I don't even think anyone was there because I rang the bell multiple times. I waited outside for about 10 minutes. I also called them multiple times and they did not answer and had a full mailbox.
