About Dr. Nancy Anibarro

Dr. Nancy Anibarro earned her undergraduate degree from Western Washington University before attending Pacific University College of Optometry, where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree. She went on to complete a residency at the Westside VA Medical Center in Chicago, with a focus on ocular disease and the diagnosis and management of complex eye conditions. Before joining the wonderful MyEyeDr team, Dr. Anibarro spent nearly 20 years teaching and providing patient care at University of Washington, where she had the opportunity to both educate future physicians and care for generations of patients. Originally from Washington State, Dr. Anibarro recently relocated to Arizona and has truly enjoyed discovering all that the Southwest has to offer. Outside of optometry, she is an avid runner and enjoys completing marathons. She loves spending time outdoors, exploring Arizona's beautiful trails, discovering new places, and making memories with her husband and kids. Dr. Anibarro is passionate about providing thoughtful, compassionate care and building genuine, lasting relationships with her patients. She believes that excellent eye care begins with listening and understanding each patient as an individual. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable, heard, valued, and confident in the care they receive.
