Throughout life there are ups and downs, job stress, school stress, new stress and relationship issues which can be emotionally and psychologically exhausting. Our focus will be finding solutions to address whatever brought you to the point of seeking mental health treatment. We will seek options that maximize clarity and peace of mind utilizing Psychiatric Medications and Brief Solution Focus Therapy Model. Session work includes mental practicing mental exercises and discussing psychiatric medication options. The treatment goal is to provide you with as many tailored healthy options for you to choose that will work best for you.
This model is effective targeting individuals that struggle with either situational or biological mental distress
Reasonable expectation would be to improve coping skills and emotional management by regaining a sense of control over your thought patterns and feelings.
