About Dr. Narendra Singh
Dr. Singh graduated in the top ten of his class from Dalhousie Medical School in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and went on to complete a residency and cardiology fellowship at the University of Toronto. He practiced for 8 years in Toronto at Rouge Valley Health System- Centenary site. He held leadership roles as the director of Scarborough Cardiology Research, cofounder of the Greater Toronto Area Community Cardiologists organization and as National Secretary of the Canadian Cardiovascular Society.
After moving to Atlanta in 2002, Dr. Singh was a partner with Northside Cardiology before joining Atlanta Heart Specialists as the Director of Clinical Research. In 2021, Dr. Singh went independent forming NSC Cardiology and NSC Research. He has been a site investigator in over 175 national and international trials. He has published extensively on topics ranging from acute coronary syndromes, health outcomes, disparities in access to care and South Asian heart disease. He is the recipient of numerous awards and recognized as a "Top Doc"
Dr. Singh holds board certifications in Internal Medicine and Cardiology both in Canada and the USA.
Dr. Singh currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Medical College of Georgia – Augusta University and at Mercer University in Atlanta. He is co-director at CCRN - Collaborative CME and Research Network and a charity organization SANSAR. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology FACC, American Heart Association FAHA, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada FRCPC and the Canadian Cardiovascular Society FCCS.
The practice philosophy is patient centered, evidence-based holistic care. His focus is on disease prevention. He performs echocardiography, vascular imaging, rhythm and device monitoring and nuclear stress testing.
Dr Singh is married with 4 grown children. He personally enjoys sports, traveling, live performances and music.

This was such an un-organized office. I got lost finding their office. When I called the lady told me it was a brick building and said they were on the main road (they were not) when I finally arrived I filled out intake forms and gave front desk girl my insurance card. She said she was checking insurance. They called me back and the front desk girl said I was in network. The medical assistant brought me back and started going through my history, in the middle of it she excused herself and front desk girl said I was actually not in network & would have to pay out of pocket. After 2 hours waiting and a 40 minute drive. I was very disappointed and upset. Never even saw the Doctor!

I really like this Dr. I feel like he gives you the attention you need when explaining things. Back office staff is excellent. What needs improvement is the waiting time, the waiting room and a friendly front desk

The wait times are way too long, every time I have visited. The waiting room is small, and you feel like you are on top of the person next to you. The waiting room needs updating (chairs, especially). But again, I like the doctor and the ladies in the back.

I finally found a Cardiologist I can have complete trust in, knowing that he is highly competent, attentive to detail and knowledgeable about up to date treatments. Dr. Narendra Singh spent time listening to my concerns and assuring me he and his entire staff would be attentive to my medical issues. Crystal, the Nurse and Tina and Olivia, the Nurse Practitioners, were highly engaging reviewing my medical history, asking questions and providing answers I needed to know. It is such a relief to know that my care is of utmost concern to them and I can trust they will take excellent care of me.

I was seen by a nurse and a PA. Quite a long wait for 1 minute with the doctor. I get the network was down, but 3 business days later, they had not called to schedule my stress test or my follow up. Stress test paper work talks about an exorbitant amount. I left after blood was drawn and realized I was still bleeding. Went back in and receptionist couldn't notice me until she got off the phone. Last, PA was going to write a prescription. I don't know if it was written and if it was written where it was sent. This is probably a competent doctor's office, but not for my visit.

terrible experience, I don't recommend it to anyone, I arrived for an appointment, there was no one at the reception, I waited 15 minutes for at least someone to come out and meet me, after 20 minutes a girl came out and said that my doctor was not there today, but no one warned me about this in advance, wasted time waiting for an appointment with a watch, irresponsible approach to clients

Martie Rudd didn’t call to confirm my appointment before sending forms to fill out prior to my appointment and she was very rude when I talked to her. But the rest of the staff was amazing. Dr Singh is very polite and thorough. I would highly recommend him to any family member, friend and colleague.

My experience with Dr. Singh’s office was one of the best I’ve ever had with a doctor. I scheduled made my appointment online the day before the appointment. By 9:00 that night I had heard personally from someone with the practice. Their technology allowed me to provide all information they needed prior to arriving at their office. I was immediately seen, all tests that could be done that day were immediately performed and follow up appointments easily arranged. It could not have been a more streamlined experience. In addition, everyone I encountered embodied professionalism and warmth. Truly an overall excellent experience.

Not patient to listen, not attentive to what you have to say. I got the feeling that he doesn't care as long as he spends 5 minutes quickly saying common sense stuff and rushes out to the next patient. I had to persistently try to get answers to my questions and get info on what he diagnosed me with. He tries to maximize the number of appointments. I guess it's only about money here. I would avoid this place.

The dr was short and did not share all feedback. After I got my bloodwork results , which they forgot to takr and then called me back. nobody called to explain nor did they answer my questions about the necessary meds after a vmail, phone call and direct email to the dr. The heart is nothing to play with and they should be more sensitive to that.

I booked this appointment about two weeks ago and as per Zodoc everything was alright. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the woman in-charge said that they need a referral from my primary care physician. She said that she sent the request only in the morning of my appointment. This is unacceptable as they cansee my booking in Zodoc for almost two weeks. Very unprofessional practice.
