You may notice patterns in relationships, emotions, or coping that feel difficult to understand or change. Often these patterns are shaped by past experiences, including trauma or attachment wounds. At times this may show up as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, feeling emotionally unsafe in relationships, or disconnection from yourself or those around you. You may also be navigating identity questions, cultural experiences, or life transitions. Therapy can offer a supportive and affirming space to understand these patterns, reduce anxiety, and build healthier relationships.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and relational work. I integrate evidence-based therapies with parts and inner child work to help clients understand patterns shaped by past experiences, develop a greater sense of self, and move toward healing in a supportive, affirming space that honors diverse identities and life experiences. Starting therapy can feel like a meaningful and sometimes vulnerable step. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you feel understood as we explore your experiences and move toward healing and growth together, at a pace that feels safe and right for you. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches in my work. Early sessions focus on understanding what brought you to therapy and the patterns or experiences shaping your current challenges. I often integrate parts and inner child work to help clients understand protective responses and develop greater self-compassion, healing, and more secure relationships.
