About Dr. Natasha L Spencer

Natasha Spencer, MD, is an obstetrician and gynecologist with Orlando Health Physician Associates, conveniently located in Altamonte Springs. She provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to women through all stages of life. Dr. Spencer earned her Doctor of Medicine from Florida State University. She completed her internship at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, and her residency at the University of Florida, Pensacola. Offering a full range of women’s health services, she provides gynecologic, family planning, and obstetric care. She is dedicated to treating women at every stage of life, from adolescents to seniors. For many women, pregnancy brings a mix of happiness and anxiety. Dr. Spencer is a reassuring presence, delivering experienced obstetric care and guiding women from conception through childbirth. She provides preconception counseling, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum depression care. Recognizing that each woman is unique, Dr. Spencer offers the highest level of gynecologic care throughout a woman’s life. With a focus on putting patients at ease, she provides well-woman visits, preventive services, and diagnosis and treatment of reproductive system disorders. She cares for women experiencing painful menstruation, pelvic pain, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, incontinence, sexually transmitted diseases, pelvic organ prolapse, and more. This was my first visit with Dr. Spencer and I was very nervous. She put me at ease very quickly. She is very caring and extremely easy to talk to. I am so glad to have her as my Doctor.
Dr. Spencer and her team are blessings! I was misdiagnosed by another gynecologist. Dr. Spencer was able to correctly diagnose me, create a plan for me, and address other issues that other doctors told me couldn't be done.
The provider and staff were easy to understand, very professional, and efficient. However, Orlando health as an organization should make it easier to schedule appointments for test that doctors order.

I moved down from Tennessee when I was 16 weeks pregnant and I feel more comfortable with dr Spencer than I did I original doctor I had up there. She's explained so much to my fiancé and I so that we understand everything with this being our first baby. I will stay with her as long as I can! She's great!

The entire staff at the Altamonte Springs location was genuinely friendly and warm, and very helpful. The front desk lady was kind and informative and Dr Spencer was very patient and addressed every question I had. I can tell immediately that I am in good hands with these ladies.

I loved my first appointment with Dr. Spencer. She was warm, welcoming and easy to talk to. I was only a little disappointed that she has little knowledge about sjogrens disease - which I have. It can cause vaginal dryness and is something I'd have liked to address in more depth with my obgyn. But, other than that, she was great. And, who knows, perhaps she'll seek out information about sjogrens.
