The ability to provide high-quality, compassionate, and accessible health care to my patients, thus allowing them to live their best possible lives, is what makes me passionate about being a healthcare provider. In my opinion, the role of a primary care provider should be to serve as the main point of contact for all a patient’s physical and behavioral health needs. The PCP can not only screen for and diagnose a myriad of conditions but also initiate and coordinate treatment for those conditions. I have recently rediscovered the joy of reading and most recently finished reading *1984*. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.

Went through the appointment, first appointment ever with her. I had expressed to her how bad my asthma is and how long I have been out of my maintenance medications, she was supposed to prescribed me my refills and also start new meds. No sign of the medication from my pharmacy. Tried to call the office for two days. No answer. No way of getting a hold of her directly. Worst experience ever and had nothing but run around. Now I need to pay a different provider to get my refill because if it is this difficult to get a hold of her over an issue. I cannot imagine. Medical circle overall was horrible and does not answer calls or call back. Will not recommend at all. Going to have to go somewhere else. Very disappointed and displeased for this to be my first experience for medical circle and the provider. And for her to forget to send my rx to the pharmacy as well. I paid her basically to chat. Waste of time and money.
