About Dr. Neal Trulock
Dr. Neal Trulock is originally from Southwest Georgia. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, graduating cum laude from the University of South Carolina. He went on to receive his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2018, graduating with honors. Dr. Trulock completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital in affiliation with the USF Morsani College of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, reflecting his dedication to excellence in women’s healthcare.
Dr. Trulock provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for women at every stage of life. His clinical interests include preventive and well-woman care, prenatal and postpartum management, hormone replacement therapy, and medical weight management. He also diagnoses and treats complex gynecologic conditions such as endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, and ovarian cysts. In addition, he specializes in minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery, offering advanced surgical options designed to promote faster recovery and improved outcomes.

So I thought everything went well until I got my ins claim and saw that there's an extra charge. There were no additional procedures done any extra services above and beyond an annual exam. So I called my insurance company and they confirmed that there was a charge for some "extra service" and confirmed that they should be filing this claim as a new patient annual exam, just as I scheduled it, not an established patient level 3 visit. Therefore my insurance would cover it 100 percent. I believe very much in someone's character, and how they conduct themselves in business. I would think that they would want to make sure and do everything correctly and within ordinance and not have someone have a negative experience over incorrect billing. I had even tried to call their billing department twice to get this resolved to no avail.
