Getting to know Dr. Neda Javaherian

We continue to be open through the COVID-19 crisis and are seeing new and follow-up patients via telemedicine. However, we can only see patients based in California. *Please note appointments scheduled through Zocdoc may be with Dr. Javaherian or our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Javaherian and her associates specialize in the treatment of psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, attention deficit disorder, and addiction through medication management. For patients with treatment-resistant depression, we also offer safe, drug-free, and FDA-approved transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), which is now covered by most insurance companies. Dr. Javaherian earned her Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University School of Medicine. She completed her internship at Nassau University Medical Center and her residency training in psychiatry at Los Angeles County+University of Southern California Medical Center. After graduating, she joined the faculty at USC and was on staff teaching medical students and residents. She has special interests in the medical management of Attention Deficit Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and Addiction. She is a member of the American College of Psychiatrists and the American Society of Clinical Psychopharmacology.
