I did not get to see the doctor. I waited in the lobby for over an hour. I signed all my forms and did everything I could online beforehand to reduce wait time. It was merely a matter of my appointment time not being considered/respected. It was a very unprofessional experience and I will not be coming back. I cannot trust a doctor that makes his patient wait that long. It shows a lack of integrity and respect.

Dr. Hotch is by far the most caring doctor I have ever met. His aura is so calming and laid back. He is patient and kind. He listens to understand and to help you. He remembers his clients which is such a great personal touch. I wish I could see him for all my medical needs. Top notch doctor who I cannot recommend enough!

The whole experience went extremely smoothly, from making the appointment to seeing Dr. Hootch. The waiting room was clean and bright and i was seen early.
