“I saw the other doctor when I visited the office but he was still kind and listened to my concerns. I followed up with the lady doctor and she was also professional and a good listener. The wait time was not that long. The staff was respectful. I took off one star because they don't assist with helping you find a specialist. They'll write you a referral but you have to find another specialist on your own. I also took off a star because the way you receive your medical records is old school. There's no online portal for you to review notes or summaries of your visit. ”

The Medical Assistants were VERY rude and kept speaking in Spanish not knowing that I understand Spanish. The Medical Assistant did not inform me that the doctor would leave if I am late , after I called the office informing them !!! Terrible terrible service. I would not recommend to anyone.

I was glad to get an early appointment regular good doctor, while other family provider doctors were not available until 2 weeks or a month and longer. Only I had to go a little far out of my preferred immediate area and it was not the best of area to see a regular doctor instead of a urgent care clinic.

Don’t arrive too early for your scheduled time of appointment. Office opens exactly at 10;30 am. Office assistant seems fluent in Spanish but needs a little bit of brushing up in conversational English.

It's been awhile since I had a primary care doctor and I was scared going as I've had terrible experiences in the past. However, I really enjoyed this past visit with Dr. Mehta.
The staff was super friendly and helped me with the forms and any questions I had. They also listened to me when it came to drawing blood, a fear I've had as many times I've had nurses try to draw blood and end up with with bruises all throughout my arm. Here she listened to my experiences and went for a spot I knew would work.
Dr. Mehta was super kind and patient with my questions. She helped me understand the symptoms and ease concerns I had from googling my symptoms. She gave me a plan to help ease my issue and even scheduled a follow up. She was professional and made sure I understood what I had to do and what she suspected the problem to be. I definitely recommend her!
