About Dr. Neha Atyam
Dr. Neha Atyam was raised in the suburbs of Austin, TX, and attended The University of Texas at Austin, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She continued her education at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, where she received her Doctor of Medicine degree. She completed her postdoctoral training at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ, graduating as chief resident. During her time there, she was trained in diverse cases including trauma, foot and ankle reconstruction, forefoot surgery, wound care, and limb salvage.
She then pursued fellowship training at the South Central Pennsylvania Foot and Ankle Reconstruction program in Lancaster, PA. There, she advanced her skills focusing on reconstruction surgery, including sports medicine, ankle ligament and tendon reconstruction, foot and ankle fusions, revisional surgeries, revisional complications, ankle arthroscopies, peripheral nerve surgery, and decompression. She also focuses on a diverse range of foot and ankle pathologies from conservative treatment perspectives and loves working with a diverse patient population.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was taken back to the room quickly and the doctor came in promptly. She was able to diagnose my problem and explained to me what the issue was and how she was going to treat it. She did a minor procedure while I was there, gave me at home treatment instructions and I was able to schedule a follow-up appointment. She was very pleasant and concerned about my comfort. I would recommend the doctor and the office.

Dr. Atyam was incredibly professional and caring. She performed an ingrown toenail procedure and explained the significance of my recurring issue and the damage caused to my nail bed. Dr. Atyam was quick and efficient in removing my ingrown nail. I highly recommend her for any podiatry treatment or concerns.
