About Dr. Nestor Biletsky
Nestor Biletsky, O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University Class of 2019. He is also a graduate of MaST Community Charter School and Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.
He completed internships in various eye care clinics around Philadelphia, including the Veterans Affairs Hospital.
In addition, he specialized in Low Vision at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia. During his internships, he was exposed to treating and managing various ocular diseases. Dr. Biletsky also excels in prescribing, managing, and fitting glasses and contact lenses.
Dr. Biletsky is committed to providing high-quality eye care. His interests include dry eye, diabetic management, macular degeneration, and a multifaceted and individualized approach for patients to improve ocular manifestations from medical conditions.
Dr. Biletsky grew up in Northeast Philadelphia. Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, Dr. Biletsky is an active member of the Ukrainian community in Philadelphia. He enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping.

I was greeted promptly upon arrival. Office staff was very friendly - assistant also. They moved me right along and I had a very nice appointment with Dr. B. He was very thorough and explained each step he took. Very nice visit. I will be back.

The doctor was very clear with my exam and diagnosis. He fully explained what was going on with my vision and also explain what would happen before and after anything he would do. Very clear communication. Also explained what would be covered on my health insurance so I wouldn't have any surprises.

Dr. Biletsky was really nice and personable, and also very knowledgeable. I felt he really cared about the health of my eyes in addition to my glasses script, and examined them thoroughly. The staff were really nice and friendly too. They helped me to be budget friendly with my new glasses, and took my insurance plan into account to help me save the most money.

My experience there was top tier. Everyone was nice and attentive, and they made sure that I was comfortable and aware of everything going on. Dr. Biletsky was beyond phenomenal. He was very down-to-earth, very informative, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in a language I could understand and even recommended other testing when he noticed something a little out of the ordinary. I love this place; I recommend everyone go here.

Overall, great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The wait was a bit longer than I expected. The office is located in a shopping complex, so there was plenty of parking.
