The most welcoming staff. Everyone was so kind and made me feel so comfortable and explained everything I needed.

From intake to exit everyone was so lovely. Receptionist was kind and quick to process my info and help get me back. NP Larry was thorough in his questioning, initial assessment, ordering testing and then taking the time to explain test results in a way that someone not in the medical community (me) would understand. Throughout this process, the medical assistants/ nurses were knowledgeable, helpful and kind as well. Overall, the whole team showed deep expertise, a sense of urgency in their action while making the patient feel heard, understood, and in the loop at every step of the way. Thanks, team!

My wife has had billing issues with this location in the past. Other than that no issues until today. My insurance was accepted at this location however receptionist said she spoke with manager and my insurance was not accepted. My company is based in Utah so it uses one company there however it states on the card in any other state it uses the other listed insurance company on the e back of the card. I went to the location down the street on Washington with no problems.

Everyone was kind, friendly, and helpful. I was dealing with a sudden shoulder issue and in a lot of pain. The team figured out what was wrong and provided clear steps to improve the problem. I’m so happy I didn’t sit at home and suffer!
