“Office staff was great. I got in fairly quickly. My paperwork was done immediately. The nursing staff took me in and prepped me for the doctor. I was seen almost immediately by the doctor diagnosed in and out very pleasantly surprised not as painful as I thought. Only thing I would say is the parking horrendous. ?”

Dr. Alianello is very thorough in his care of patients. He asked me why I had come to the office and efficiently covered all my concerns without making the visit seem rushed. so my appointment was at the same address as Rush Oak Park since I realized it was in the hospital. I contacted the Zocdoc number on file for the office. I proceeded to ask the operator if I need to register. She then went on to say you should've been there at 4:30 for the paperwork you should've registered since I was in desperate need of the appointment. I figured. Let me just walk up to the office and see what's going on once I got to the office the staff was really nice. They reassured me that no you did not need to register because the office is a different entity from the hospital. I was really in pain. I was not reassured by the number given to me to reach the office it would've made me not proceed with the appointment because according to Zoc Doc, I was late. But the doctor staff was amazing so glad I followed my intuition. Everything in one office x-rays ultrasound shot shots really amazing heath care even got my DME at the same visit!

Dr. Alianello listened, took an x-ray and we reviewed the x-ray together. The news wasn't what I hoped to hear, however, he laid out the options, and together, we arrived at the next step to get me back to my life as I knew it. I especially appreciated his explanation in terms I could understand and answered any questions. I left the office feeling as though I was in very capable hands and our decision on treatment will allow me to resume life as I once knew it. Jan
