What should a new client know about working with you?

I use evidence-based treatments to address each patient's individual needs and goals. New patients can expect to have an initial consultation phone call to discuss what brings them to therapy before scheduling a first session. From there, I will work collaboratively with you to develop non-judgmental understanding and devise a plan for therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I typically meet with patients for weekly 45-50 minute sessions. The key components of sessions include creating a supportive space to be heard and understood, and working on specific strategies to practice in your life. Therapy may involve assignments for you to practice over the course of the week that we will then discuss and troubleshoot together. I am on your side each step of the way.
