About Dr. Nisha Saggar

Dr. Nisha Saggar is a co-founder of Apex Family Chiropractic Center and the wife of Dr. Patel. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2003, after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati. During her time at Palmer, Dr. Saggar developed a particular passion for women’s health and pediatrics, attending numerous seminars and advancing her education with post-graduate training. She holds a Certificate in Chiropractic Pediatrics and Obstetrics and is Board Certified by the Virginia Board of Medicine. Dr. Saggar was also the co-founder and former owner of the largest privately-owned chiropractic group in central Virginia, for 20 years. She spent many years mentoring and training chiropractors. Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. Saggar has a strong commitment to global service. She participated in a humanitarian mission to Nepal, where she and a team of students provided chiropractic care and basic medical services to underserved communities. She had also organized an ongoing fund raising event for the Fort Lee Holiday Helper program, for 8 years. As a chiropractor, Dr. Saggar has earned the trust of many families who rely on her for the care of not only their own spines but their children’s as well. Her youngest patient was just three days old, and she has extensive experience caring for expectant mothers, from early pregnancy through to labor and delivery. “I take a personalized approach to patient care, offering a range of gentle techniques to suit each individual’s needs. My patients are like family, and I’m dedicated to providing them with the highest quality of care,” says Dr. Saggar.
