I am Dr Nneka Osuji, a board certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate and patient centered care. My practice style is collaborative and personalized. I believe in taking the time to listen, understand your unique health concerns and working with you to develop a care plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. My focus is on building long- term relationships based on trust, respect and open communication. I am here to support your health journey every step of the way.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending quality time with my family - It keeps me grounded and reminds me why wellness matters at every stage of life. I love going for walks, cooking meals that bring people together and recharging through music and dance. These moments of joy and balance inspire the way i care for my patients: with attentiveness, energy and heart.

The staff at Duly Health care was phenomenal. The ease to schedule appointments and the speed that I received my referrals was surprising. Keep up the great work. If you are looking for a doctor’s office then look no further.

10 out of 10 best appt with a doctor ever in and out quickly without being rushed or left in a cold room for hours waiting on doctors. She came right in and went over everything in detail. Was very through she will be my doctor from now on.

I did not get any answer as to what I came in there for it did nothing to help me the information that she gave me. I already had that from my own doctor. I was there for Dermatologist reasons only.

Went for a pre-op evaluation. The staff was nice enough. They tried to turn me away at first bc they thought i came too early but i showed them the timeframe the surgeon had stated on the forms i needed filled out. The doctor was nice and told me she would fill out the forms and fax them over after reviewing my labs. The next day she sent a message saying my labs were good but no mention of my preop form. I responded asking if the forms were sent, no response. Weekend goes by and by Monday afternoon still no response so i tried sending the nurse a message she responded saying the doctor would send in my forms after she reviewed my labs but i messaged back that had already happened the week prior. No response. I try calling 2x, on hold for 30 minutes, no answer. Next day send another message and try calling again no answer. Finally that Wednesday i call their customer service line and request to speak to a nurse and after 20 minutes someone helps me and the doctor sends my forms. Great.

The doctor was great, as this was my first visit. She ordered an ultrasound and X-rays. The receptionist made the appointment for the ultrasound. She failed to tell me that X-rays were walking in only. I thought my appointment included both.
