Everything was very professional but the wait time seemed too long as I had an appointment.

I wasn't satisfied with today's appointment simply because I wanted a virtual and I wasn't given a virtual visit. I do not do trips very well but I'll that's why I do virtual visits and I wasn't contacted prior to the appointment.

There was no doctor on premises. Nurse Britney was very nice and caring but limited in expertise. JJ was caring but had zero expertise and poor listening skills. They also don’t do bloodwork. Unless you have something very narrow in scope I would avoid. I’d probably go to a convenience clinic (like CVS Minute Clinic or another urgent care for that
