This is required prior to your appointment and helps ensure a smoother visit. SELF-PAY PRACTICE VTR Health does not accept or bill insurance. You pay directly for your visit, which keeps pricing simple and lets your appointment focus on care, not paperwork. HSA/FSA accepted. Receipts available on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement (VTR Health does not file claims for you). Payment is due in full before your visit begins. OUR PRICING - Urgent Care visit: $80/visit, due at booking. Evaluation, diagnosis, prescription and labs as needed. - Weight Management Initial Evaluation (one-time): $179. 60-min consult, history/screening, baseline labs, personalized plan. - Weight Management – Medical Management (monthly): $99/month. Scheduled visits per protocol, standard response time. - Weight Management – Complete Care (monthly): $179/month. More frequent monitoring, priority response time. - Primary Care membership (monthly): $100/month. Primary care and chronic disease management. Medication is never bundled or marked up in either weight management tier — you pay the pharmacy directly, so your VTR Health fee stays fixed regardless of pharmacy pricing. CANCELLATIONS Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a no-show fee of 50% of the visit cost. Thank you for trusting VTR Health with your care.
