I understand the vulnerability and courage it can take to address difficult problems and psychiatric symptoms. I approach my work with great empathy and respect for the vulnerability of the client. I deeply value the working alliance and I am committed to providing a warm, accepting environment that allows you the safety to explore the truth of your being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Often, the person whom we experience ourselves to be, is a role that we were conditioned to play in early childhood. It is my goal to provide a safe setting and entrusting relationship to support you with finding out who you are beyond these constraints.
