First off Im so greatfull I wasn’t sure I was gonna get the medication I needed because the other offices I been to said they weren’t certified mental health doctors so they said I needed a referral, but thankfully my doctor was what they said they were they didn’t waste my time and they really made my day this was so stress free I would recommend this dr office to everyone how convenient I didn’t have to miss work that’s what I love the most I have a family and missing a day for dr appointment gets old and I do see it on my check so super greatfull for this office and thanks again Doc

The doctor was patient and listened to what I had to say. Answered any questions I had and right away got me set up on a plan to turn my condition around. I need to go get lab work done to get more info, but she automatically put me on a medication to help for the time being. She made the process of getting on the right path so much less scarier than I have experienced with other doctors. I am so happy I decided to see her today

While I enjoyed the provider I saw in terms of her bedside manner and the comfort she provided me while I described an issue that made me feel awkward, I was very disappointed by the care I received and could not possibly recommend this office. I ended up visiting an urgent care for the same problem 3 days later.
The length of time it takes this office to turn around basic lab tests is unacceptable. I saw this provider on a Tuesday and by Friday had not received lab results or medication. I called the office to follow up. They advised I might have to wait a full week for results—-tests that previous doctors offices have completed in under 24 hours. I was forced to go to urgent care 3 days later because my issue escalated and I was in so much pain that I could not do basic daily activities. At urgent care, they identified my problem immediately. It was crucial for me to start medication quickly. I’m so glad I trusted my instincts and didn’t rely on this office.
