Honestly I felt like I was pushed into a birth control option I did not want. My past experiences and traumas were not listened to or taken into consideration. I left the appointment feeling so awful I got an ice cream and cried in the street. I canceled my follow up and have decided to see a different gyno.

Primary Concerns:
1. Inefficient Systems & Wasted Time: I completed the pre-visit questionnaire on your patient portal, but upon arrival, the nurse could not access it. I was forced to answer all the same questions again, wasting valuable appointment time and indicating a clear failure in your office's workflow.
2. Disrespectful and Dismissive Physician Conduct: The doctor's communication was unprofessional. She dismissed prior radiology reports, stating she prefers her own referrals and "knows better" due to her 15-year tenure. When I attempted to engage, she responded with a prolonged, silencing stare that felt intentionally intimidating. This created a hostile environment where I, as the patient, felt my input was invalidated.
3. Complete Disregard for Patient Dignity and Comfort: During a sensitive examination, my comfort was ignored. An additional person was present and staring without any explanation of their role or request for my consent. My discomfort was not acknowledged. Furthermore, both the doctor and nurse repeatedly asked me the same questions, proving neither had reviewed my chart or listened to my previous answers. This made me feel like my information and time were worthless.
Overall Assessment:
This visit represented a total failure in patient-centered care. I did not feel heard, respected, or treated with basic dignity. The combination of administrative disorganization, disrespectful communication, and a lack of regard for my privacy has destroyed my trust in this practice.
I expect a medical office to run efficiently, foster collaborative and respectful communication, and prioritize patient comfort and consent. This experience met none of those standards.
I cannot recommend this practice to others and will be seeking care elsewhere. I provide this feedback in the hope that these serious issues are addressed for the benefit of future patients.

If you are not trying to be pregnant or want to have babies - DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC.
Terrible Bedside manner.
Seemed very judgemental and couldn’t be bothered with me.
I went in as a new patient for an annual as well as with some concerns.
It was painful and she just said ‘relax!!! There’s nothing wrong!’
I told her my medical history and recent diagnoses of something which could be related, she didn’t even bother taking that into account.
Just kept saying ‘don’t worry about it!’
I guess they are above all else a fertility clinic and will find you as a waste of time if you are just going for basic care and don’t want to freeze your eggs while you’re there ??.
Oh and I had to chase them for my results too.

She was great!!! She answered all my concerns , Gave me a referral and even gave me extra information. After being through what I have I feel like she addressed my concerns and made me super comfortable. I was seen right away! I got my whole appointment done in abt 1 hour 15 mins and this was my first initial visit with them. I’m so grateful that my concerns were heard!!!

Beautiful , clean, feminine/ festive decorated office. Doctor beautiful inside and out. Completely professional and well informed without being cold yet STRAIGHTFORWARD and DIRECT. Great feedback and gave additional info about matters I may not have considered but that I need to start considering for the future. The most important thing was I did not leave the office confused about anything. All my Rx were sent to the pharmacy by the time I was at the front desk to reschedule a follow up. NOTHING negative to say.

I have been to so many doctors and she was the first one to listen to me and ASK SO MANY QUESTIONS. I had a very pleasant experience at this facility. The staff were welcoming and respectful, after i literally entered through the wrong entrance into the receptionist quarters. I had an amazing experience at the office. The doctor, staff, ultrasound tech, and medical assistant were so nice and made my first Pap smear so comfortable and easy! Would 1000% recommend.

I had an awful experience with the doctor and her absolute lack of a bedside manner. It was my first time going to any gynecologist and I had never had anything "inserted' in my vaginal canal before being that I was still a virgin and inexperienced and reported to her that I was experiencing pain in that area, I made this known. She attempted to perform a pap smear on me and upon opening the inserted speculum I screamed from the excruciating pain and she got incredibly upset with me for having that reaction. She was also very annoyed at me for not being positioned low enough at first.
