Dr Paul was amazing and has really helped me in life

He's very forgetful for someone who spends half the session typing slowly on his computer. He's decent, but if you need help with something serious I'd recommend you see someone else.
He seems like a nice and well meaning guy, but he does not listen well and seems unfocused. He bills himself as a CBT practitioner, but does not in actuality deliver CBT services. Massive disappointment
