About Dr. Peter T. Van Hoven

Peter Van Hoven, O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in 1999 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tennessee Tech University. In practice since 1999, Dr. Van Hoven’s interest in eye care was motivated by a long history of visual conditions and ocular disease in his family. He was driven to pursue a career in optometry to help others improve their vision and overall eye health.
