First visit was excellent! I was seen on time and Dr. Wiklund was efficient and caring. He had me schedule a prostate MRI and a follow up appointment which I scheduled on Zocdoc for December 28th. His office called to reschedule the appointment for February 4th which was fine with me. I cancelled the December 28th appointment on Zocdoc and went to my appointment on February 4th only to find out that the appointment was cancelled! The person at the desk said the appointment was cancelled through Zocdoc. My Zocdoc history shows Appointments and cancellations and I don’t see any cancellations other than December 28th.
