Dr. Locker pursued further expertise in foot and ankle care by completing an Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. During training, he joined two global health trips to the Dominican Republic, providing orthopedic care to remote villages, and plans to return. Dr. Locker’s motivation for becoming a board-certified orthopedic surgeon is rooted in his desire to focus on restoring and promoting the physical health of patients and the community. “When meeting with patients and their loved ones, I treat everyone with respect and make an effort to understand what is important to them. This allows me to develop a treatment plan that best fits their specific circumstances and goals. No matter what the issue is, and whether we are treating it operatively or non-operatively, I will be by your side each step of the way toward recovery.” Dr. Locker is excited to take advantage of Colorado’s great outdoors including hiking, snowboarding, and biking.
