I have worked as a therapist in university counseling centers, private practice, and nursing home settings. I obtained my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Xavier University in Cincinnati and completed my postdoctoral residency at UCSD. I have published a book on Amazon, "Inner Child: A Brief, Illustrated Self-Compassion Meditation." I work with clients from a variety of life paths. I do enjoy supporting young women in processing feelings and fostering well-being. My parents are Nepalese immigrants, and I am personally familiar with Southeast Asian culture. When I'm not working, you can find me spending time with my toddler or black Lab or doing yoga.
