Dr. Minhas was kind, but my eye exam felt rushed and I walked out with trial lenses that I really am not sure are an improvement over my old prescription. She did ask me if I had any questions or concerns, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the reception staff was pretty unfriendly and condescending. The guy who I spoke to at reception — when I asked why their prices were so high — felt the need to explain to me the difference between contacts and glasses and told me that “contacts go ON your eye, glasses go in FRONT of your eye.” He got snippy with me when my insurance didn’t specify a separate company for my vision plan, and then demanded that I get my “notes app right now and write this down — do it now!”
Not a big deal, but all the little things add up to make me feel more like a number that they had to process than a human patient. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re really in a big rush for an eye exam and they have availability.

this was a disappointing experience. really long wait time (1 hour), office initially said they didn't have a record of my appointment but eventually found it (seemed disorganized), felt like my concerns weren't addressed during the appointment.

This was my first eye exam in 20 years. I was given adequate information before appointment to make the process smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Manhas described my test results, and helped me with my questions. I am confident in saying that I found a reliable place for my eye care.
