“Booked an immediate appointment the same day I developed my personal issue and was able to come to the office within an hour. I got the buildings mixed up but the staff politely corrected me verbally and STILL SAW TO MY ISSUE!! They had me feeling so much more comfortable with my condition afterwards and told me about what to expect from the medications I ended up needing after the visit. They set AND exceed the standard for medical care! 100/10 ”

The receptionist and the nurse Katana, I believe, was phenomenal but my provider didn’t offer reassurance. She seemed like she wasn’t too interested in my concerns and rushing me out.

To start Erika was the perfect receptionist, She was efficient, She showed empathy concern, the registration process was a breeze! I barely had time to get comfortable in the waiting area before Ms Georgia called me back to be seen. I was a mess! I was so nervous! I couldn’t have made it through my procedure without Ms.Georgia! Ms. Kelli, my Practitioner was the best. They worked together very well. I was in a very bad way, but they came through for me! I would recommend to anyone and everyone! The Parkridge Prisma Urgent Care will forever be my go to place when I need medical care. There was another young lady sitting behind the counter with Georgia, she was sweet, although I didn’t work personally with her on this visit, she still acknowledged me and wished me well. Thanks again.

The staff was all very friendly. I made an appointment for 3:30, got back into the room and vitals taken pretty quickly, and then didn't see the provider until 4:58. Staff was so very nice though.
