The entire experience was abslutely perfect. The radiology tech James was professional, smart, caring and could not have been more accomodating. The provdier Anna was very professional, pragamatic and followed up as promised.
The registration clerk was excellent, facility is brand new, spotless and extremely comfortable. The place is absolutely first class.

Upon entering the office I was greeted by two of the nicest women Id ever had the pleasure of meeting It wasn't but 10 minutes later I was being escorted to an exam room after having my vitals checked in a very private cubbyhole of a room which I appreciated The doctor want very far from coming As it seemed only 15 minutes After giving her diagnosis The front desk lady helped me with my MyChart They had called my prescription in and all I had to do was pick it up I was so appreciative as I was so sick Id recommend this office anytime

This provider called me and talked with me for about 45-55 minutes. I explained about the insurance issue and she seen me anyway. Said all that could be worked out. She was more concerned about my well being and state of mind. I could not ask for a better doctor and she was extremely supportive and in depth with my issues. Have told a few people On my job about her and how to get in touch with her. Best experience ever. Thank you Julia your great and appreciated

Won't know how it really went until the diagnosis and prescribed medication works out. No blood test were taken, only visual assessment of outward signs and my description of symptoms was the determination made. And not by a doctor but rather an assistant. So only time will tell.

Just because you book an appointment, it is not honored at that time. You will be seen at some point, but behind whoever walked in ahead of you with or without an appointment. Prisma schedules in 5 min increments, even with 1 provider on staff, so we waited over an hour (1-1/2) to be seen. And then they couldn't even do what a normal doctor should do, so we have to go to a regular doctor next week anyway. Plan accordingly.

All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They were very timely and polite during the appointment and after. They also were very genuine about my issue. I would and will most definitely come back to this location if needed in the future.

Ann Marie Trapp was very rude, condescending, and had terrible bedside manner.
I came in only because I was in extreme pain & already on an antibiotic for a UTI.
The first thing she asked me was I taking AZO when I took the first urinalysis with my family doctor, as if I didn’t know that I was in real pain, already had a UTI, or like I was lying. She said it could have altered the test. AZO or not I am in pain and all my other urine tests say the same. I have infection. I told her I had been up all night hurting and saw blood when I wiped. I took AZO after that, and scheduled an appointment to go in the morning.
She did not volunteer the results and I had to ask for them directly. Then she said again, they may not be accurate. I have taken the other antibiotic and I’m in extreme pain. I have an appointment to see my gynecologist on Wednesday. I only came to get tested and get relief before my appointment.
I have never felt so belittled in my life I left out of there crying.

The customer service was outstanding, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, making check-in quick and hassle-free. The doctor and nurse on duty were highly knowledgeable and put me at ease with their expertise and calming demeanor. A truly excellent experience!

I showed up at 8:15 and they said the computers were down. The options I was given was wait an undetermined amount of time on the computers or drive 20 minutes to another urgent care. Not sure why they couldn’t examine me without a computer. Just went to a different urgent care and had a good experience.

Overall the experience was very poor. The ZocDoc appointment was not in the providers schedule. Then they told me that they’d “make an exception” to see me?! Their technical difficulties are not my problem. Not to mention there was only one other patient waiting the entire time I was there. Wow - how kind of them to see me... The main staff was nice, however I found the main nurse a bit rude and the questions asked were more intrusive than I’ve ever heard asked at any other doctors office. I spoke to my mom afterwards who is a practicing nurse and she was shocked at how prying he made the questions about my medical history.
Example:
-Nurse, “Do you currently or have you ever taken illegal drugs?”
-Me, “No.”
-Nurse, “Never?!”
Like what the heck, who says things like that.
I would not recommend the office or ZocDoc.

My appointment that was set up through zocdoc did not go through! When I arrived I had to fill out all of the information that I filled out at zocdoc!
I waited 1.5 hours to be taken to the exam room. Then waited another 20 minutes before the doctor came. Once she came in, she had to refer me to the ER, because her office did not have catheters in house.

I waited for over an hour after my appointment before they told me I wasn’t even in their system even though I booked an appointment and checked in with the front desk. Then I was told I would be seen next since they messed up but they kept calling everyone else back and not me. People who came in after me were leaving and I was still waiting to be called back to be seen. I’m extremely disappointed and will never be coming to this location again.

There was one huge problem. Apparently Zodoc and Prisma do not communicate and when I arrived I was booked in as a walk-in, but I was not aware of it. Therefore, I had to wait a lot longer than I had anticipated. However, once the office was aware of this confusion I was seen right away.

Every time I have requested an appointment online it was accepted through ZocDoc and I would receive text alerts confirming my appointment but when I arrived there they had no record of me making an appointment so there seems to be an issue on their end that needs to be fixed but overall I would pick this place over AFC any day. The wait times are a lot less. Plus everything is updated and available to view in MyChart.
