About Dr. Prita Bhardwaj
Dr. Prita Bhardwaj, M.D., is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician with over 13 years of clinical experience.
She grew up in NYC and graduated from SUNY College at Old Westbury. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University School of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Bhardwaj completed her Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at New York Medical College and Montefiore Medical Center in 2010.
Dr. Bhardwaj has been practicing medicine in the Northern Virginia area since 2010 and is currently on the medical staff with admitting privileges at Reston and Stone Springs Hospital Centers.
To date, Dr. Bhardwaj has gained extensive experience working in our area’s hospitals managing acute illnesses including COVID-19, acute MI, acute stroke, congestive heart failure, COPD and asthma exacerbations, uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension, GI bleeding, acute infections, among many other acute and chronic illnesses.
Dr. Bhardwaj is best known to her patients for her dedication, compassionate care, and excellent bedside manner toward her patients and their families. She is well known to her colleagues for always advocating for her patients to provide the highest possible standard of care.
She manages patients aged 18 and older and promises to deliver the best comprehensive medical care possible for you and your beloved family members.
