Their billing invoice had mistakes and was confusing. I Had to call back and pointed out their miscalculations, and the invoice was revised to match what they originally charged. will not be going back.

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes, so I needed to have my vision retested and purchase new glasses. Prior to making an appointment, I researched several optometrists on the internet and chose Dr. Parekh based on her reviews. Good choice! Dr. Parekh is very professional, listens well, answers questions clearly and has a friendly, professional team working with her. I couldn't ask for more and recommend her highly to anyone seeking similar services.

I called the office to ask a simple question if my insurance was in-network with pearl vision, the guy who picked up put me on hold for more than 10-15 mins and never got back. The lady staff was also pretty rude, they kept me waited and wouldn't check me in for the first 40 mins. She kept saying we're busy while the store was pretty empty with just 1 patient and 1 another customer apart from me and there were 3 store attendants. Yet I was checked in so late. Unprofessional!

Easy to book, arrived early for new patient paperwork but did not have any, and I was seen on time. Doctor went over my photos taken from my exam and missed not a single detail on what has or is going wrong with my aging eyes. Doctor and her team were very courteous, welcoming, and attentive. Definitely keeping them as my eye doctor while I remain in the Irvine area.!!

waited forever for an appt. wasn’t told upfront about the costs. pushy sales staff on overpriced glasses and contacts. did not listen to my request to just get a prescription and tried to upsell me at least five times. will not be returning

Didn’t get to see the doctor during my visit. I was instructed to come back 2 hours later because the doctor had to go to lunch. Granted I was running late but never got a phone call to see if I was showing up or not. With so many optometrist in OC I am more than certain you can find a better/more organized optometrist office, I do not recommend.

All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very efficient and kind even though I didn’t bring my current glasses or old prescription to the exam, they were very helpful to get my former rx info. The appointment was quick and thorough. Definitely my favorite place for
eye exams from this point forward. They even have a bowl of candy in the front! The optometrist educated me on my hesitation with contacts. All in all, very satisfied with my experience here.

The male attendant in this location was impersonal and spoke fast. I had to tell him he was difficult to understand and making me anxious.
He recognized what I said but did not make a conscious effort to slow down. There was no other customer waiting but me.
I had to tell him later on to stop doing the screening tests with me as he was aggravating me.
