Hi, I am Dr. Rahel Price, a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing mental health services to diverse populations in a variety of community and forensic settings. I have earned a PhD. in Experimental Psychology at the University of Zurich, Switzerland and a PhD. in Clinical Psychology at the California School for Professional Psychology (now International Alliant University) in San Diego and am fluent in English and German. I am trained in a variety of evidenced based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Treatment, Motivational Interviewing as well as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. I have experience working with a broad variety of concerns and issues including personal growth, adjustment issues, discrimination, stress management, interpersonal challenges, depression, anxiety, mania, psychosis, anger management, grief and loss, self harm, suicidality, antisocial and criminal behavior as well as substance use. My approach to treatment is collaborative, supportive, genuine and specifically tailored to the needs and goals of each individual and their unique circumstances, providing a safe space for exploration, growth and change.
