“She’s the first OBGYN (I had 5 different OBGYNs before) who actually listened to my health concerns and needs. She’s the first doctor who didn’t think I was crazy. She pointed me in the direction of likely having endometriosis (first time this has ever been brought up for me)!
She is an advocate for women’s health in a way I have yet to see from others.

About Dr. Rajan Patel
Dr. Rajan Patel, Board Certified in Foot & Ankle Surgery, grew up in Kansas City, KS and later relocated with his family to Oklahoma City, OK. He studied Microbiology/Pre-medicine while attending the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Patel then completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Barry University in Miami, FL.
Dr. Patel went on to complete a comprehensive reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgical residency in Kansas City, MO.
Dr. Patel is passionate about treating his patients like family and strives to achieve a close Patient-Doctor relationship. He believes that every patient is unique and requires a personalized treatment plan to adapt to their specific lifestyles. Dr. Patel’s goal is achieving long term relief for his patients so they may continue with their busy lives without pain or hesitation, allowing them to put their best foot forward.
Dr. Patel became the managing partner at Austin Foot & Ankle Center (Austin Happy Feet) in 2016 and strives to provide the highest level of quality care that Happy Feet Austin has been known to provide over the last 30 years.
