I waited for two hours and tried reaching out multiple times, but the provider never showed up and there’s still been no communication at all. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and am honestly shocked by the lack of care and professionalism.

I switched to Dr. Sachdej after having a bad experience with a couple of other psychiatrists. We had our first appointment today, and he was fantastic. A very attentive listener, he was present and compassionate, and throughout our appointment he asked thoughtful questions, paid close attention and made sure to address my concerns and anxieties. I would highly recommend him.
