Getting to know Dr. Ramez Ghanbari
Completed my adult psychiatry residency at Duke University Medical Center and recognize the importance of synergistic effects of pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy to achieve best clinical outcome. Beyond Medical school and Psychiatry residency, I completed an additional Ph.D. in Neurosciences, fostering a deeper understanding of the field of Psychiatry and psychotropic treatment options. I worked within the Duke University medical system via multiple roles and am a seasoned provider with detailed experience in patient care. I have additional knowledge and experience in adjunct treatments including TMS and Ketamine.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
I customize treatment approaches based on each patient’s unique needs and goals: focusing on improving quality of life. We will complete a detailed evaluation process over 2-5 visits where we will hone in our your chief complaint first to unlock clarity and treatment options. From there we will craft a more comprehensive and synergistic treatment plan based off the rest of your evaluation.
