Came for a second opinion. He was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. 1 hr and 10 minutes past our appt time before we saw him though. That's a bit long when you are bringing a school aged child who needs to get back.

The wait time before we finally saw the doctor was too much. Nearly 60 minutes.

Had to wait a long time to be called back from the waiting room but then was seen fairly soon after getting into the exam room. Dr. Troop took plenty of time with me and answered all of my questions. He will be doing surgery on me in April so I have a lot of confidence in him as my doctor and surgeon.

Every thing was great. The PA (can't remember her name) was cute as a (bug---not literally), efficient, and very professional. I'm 73 yrs. young so my descriptions may be dated. The MD was very professional, thorough, explanatory, and enjoyable to be around. I couldn't ask for a better first visit. Thanks a bunch, Cecil T.
