Doctor Saleh completed his Internal Medicine training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson; and cardiovascular disease fellowship at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in New Jersey. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology and Echocardiography. Upon completion of fellowship in 2009 he worked in the private practice arena with attending privileges at 5 major university medical centers in the NY/NJ region. Dr Saleh performed and interpreted all modalities of stress tests, Echocardiograms, EKG’s, ABI's, Holter Studies, as well as Invasive/Non-interventional cardiac catheterization procedures. Additionally, Dr Saleh has been involved in teaching/training of medical students, interns, residents and fellows. Dr. Saleh has served as director of Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology Labs at multiple centers. Dr. Saleh obtained Accreditation from The Intersocietal Accreditation Commission by developing laboratory standards and regulations in accordance with nationally accepted practice guidelines. He developed and implemented imaging protocols compliant with The Appropriate Use Criteria, set forth by the national governing boards. Additionally Dr. Saleh developed standardized reporting protocols, safety regulations, peer review protocols, confidentiality standards, and was responsible for quality improvement measures of both divisions.
