He was kind and considerate and took care of all questions and needs.
He was very sweet and really values what you have to say about your pain. I’m glad I was able to find him there’s not to many doctors out there that will take the time to hear you out.
Terrible, first they did not have appointment scheduled through zocdoc. They told me that they dont take checkin forms ftom zocdoc. Also, gave me around 20 pages to fill. Plus, no credit cards accepted. Only cash or check for copay.
He is very bad doctor .
There was a wait but luckily I wasn’t in a rush. Dr. Tikoo was very professional and patient. Didn’t rush through the appointment and answered all my questions.
The Dr is very nice.
Dr. Tikoo is great but the rest of the staff is awful. Appointment time doesn’t mean a thing, they have no value for the patients time. Waited 2+ hours for both of my visits.
De Tikko was fine and all his team was good too. The only problem was the waiting time. I had to spend there 3 hours :(

Dr. Tikoo is very knowledgable and friendly. He listens the patients needs and tries to accommodate at his full capacity. Tip: make an appt through zocdoc instead of calling the office since he has multiple offices and it is hard to reach the correct staff and often times the phone system gives some errors...Other than that, I would recommend Dr. Tikoo without reservation.

Receptionist told me that they never get the paperwork that I filled out on ZocDoc and that dhe does know why they use Zocdoc because they have can get the paper work i said really that is the first time that i have ever heard that!They never received my referral which my doctor did send over and you can't even get through to the doctor on the phone. the office looks dirty
Dr. Tikoo was a very good doctor. I wasn't there for the ambiance but for the care. I felt like I was in good hands.

The doctor was excellent, thoughtful and caring. But his office is overwhelmed with a number of patients and the appointment time is a bit arbitrary, if it wasn't t a problem id' definitely highly recommend dr. Tikoo.

I made a appointment for the office through zoc doc and the office said my appointment wasn't booked so I had to wait to b seen after 18 patients
He is fine, but this office is a complete mess. They sent me to an MRI and failed to collect the results for 2 weeks after the 2 weeks for the next appointment, 1 month with pain and that's 2 failed appointments that they don't even call to confirm. I had to call myself, even go to the lab on my own to get it done, and even then I show up to the next appointment and they still don't have them. Finally they do get them and the wait time is several hours, I already cancelled other appointments the week prior so I could try to get the lan results, 5 hours of my time, and I go at 8am, 2 hours there and still 2 to go, I had to leave. Horrible organization and service.

Therapro is the all-in-one spot for addressing pain, physical therapy and neurological disorders. Dr. Tikoo is hands-on and attentive. As a result, his practice locations are popular, and wait times are lengthy at present.
The wait is unreal. I believe that the office was overbooked with patients.

Just as bad as the North Bergen office and the North Bergen office is run by 5th grade children lol!!! I mean it's bad. Really bad. I still think the North Bergen office is worse!
It's the WORST doctors office in the United States!!!!! I believe that there are better Doctor's offices in Mexico! If you have a 1pm appointment the doctor will see you at 5pm if you're Lucky lol!!!!! Stay Far away because you will regret the day you walk in this place!
The staff at the desk is great. The only bad thing is the extremely long wait time.
The first office visit was à little longer than the second because I had to fill out forms. He had a lot of patients but I was seen in a timely manner. The medical assistant was well trained and the staff was polite and expedient. Dr. Tikoo quickly diagnosed me and set me up for testing. I felt very confident when I left his office. Second visit an eeg. The technician was polite, well trained, and fast. Thank you everyone and zocdoc
He's a great doctor, he listens & gives suggestions on what you should do. He always makes sure I'm ok
The wait time in the office both times I visited was over 4 hours. Any time I needed to contact his office, I was placed on hold without receiving a greeting first. After waiting 29 minutes on hold, the call would automatically disconnect and I would have to call back and repeat the frustrating process multiple times. So not only would any office visit cost me a whole day, any phone calls to the office would as well.
It was a while before I saw the doctor, but I didn't mind because there was a friend that I used to work with that I talked to while I was waiting.
Worse Doctor for ever!
They go through staff members pretty quickly and I can see why, On an average day the Doctor must see about 60-70 patients and it must be hell to work as an office assistant there because of the chaos in the office.
It was great. He listened to what I had to say, and recommended I keep doing what I do & see him in 3 weeks. He will then see what changed & recommend something.
The Dr. is great and the staff is always friendly even when they have to deal with unruly people. The only problem I could say is the wait time to be seen by the Dr. but again the staff is extremely effective and friendly even under extreme circumstances.
The Doctor is a very efficient Doctor but he just continues to Overbook so there is always a long wait time to see the Doctor. Usually 2 or 3 hours long.
Wasn't with the doctor for too long but he seems like a nice and knowledgeable person. The wait is killer though.
My first experience was terrible. Accessibility, was unpleasant experience for disabled people. Long wait, and disorganize atmosphere. Even we had a appointment scheduled, I was told I had to wait for people that people came before me without making an appointment!

My appointment was for 8:30 which is the time I arrived. It's now 12pm and I still haven't seen the doctor yet.
There was a long wait before we were seen but the office was excellent and respectful with my boys. The doctor spent his time with my boys and answered all my questions.
Receptionists were rude and unprofessional, I tried calling to let them know I was running a little late and I was hung up on or put on hold several times. I made it to my appointment at 2:45 and I wasn't seen by the doctor until 5:15. Completely unprofessional but the doctor had good manners, I guess.
