I booked a appointment an 3 times they called me the day before to reschedule my appointment I made the appointment so I can be seen right away but they wanted to reschedule for like 2 to 3 weeks later using the zoo app isn’t working good

Nothing against the office but moreso on the communication between ZocDoc and the provider. I wanted a new patient comprehensive exam but I was only scheduled as a pregnancy test. Thankfully the doctor and staff righted that wrong and all is well
