I arrived 10 minutes late, within the offices’ 15 minute grace period. I took a $30 car ride to get there. And then waited around 40 minutes while the office tried to reach my insurance provider. The office manager refused my appointment.

Great Optometrist when checking your eyes! Dr. Patel was great with understanding my eyes and explained any underlining issues clearly on the bedside. Her facility has some of the best state of art imaging equipment for checking your eyes so you are in good hands. Highly recommended going here and getting your eyes check annually, prescription, or issues with eyes.

I was happy I was able to book an appointment soon and on the weekend. It worked with my schedule. The staff was friendly and kind. I felt the process was long but I was appreciate I received the right treatment for my symptoms. The provider was kind, gentle and listen to my concerns.

Dr. Patel is thorough and professional. She listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I especially appreciated her knowledge of the differences between men and women's ocular health and her recommendations not just for my current issues, but to prepare me for the future. The other staff at the office are very caring as well. I have a hard time keeping my eyes open for retinal scans and one of the nurses was so helpful and physically held my lids open for me - no other office has done that for me, they usually just tell me repeatedly to open my eyes (as though I wasn't already trying!) Two thumbs up for this office and Dr. Patel in particular!
