I have extensive experience working with patients with dual diagnoses that include substance abuse, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, and personality disorders. Over the last eight years, I have worked with clients struggling with comorbid substance use and mood disorders. I believe that people are resilient, and I cherish that, working to enhance that resiliency. Every client is an individual with unique experiences and needs, so it is critical to personalize treatment based on their strengths, readiness for change, and personality style. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University. I also hold a Master’s in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University. This diverse educational background informs my approach and deepens my understanding of the complexities my clients face. I believe connection is one of the primary building blocks for a successful life. As social beings, healthy interpersonal relationships create the space for growth and prosperity. Through a supportive and collaborative relationship, we will work together to reestablish a sense of security, connection, and accomplishment within your life.
