Patient reviews for Dr. Richard Crane
My visit with Dr. Crane was short and straight to the point. However, the girls in reception were great, but the woman who answers phones and sends in prescriptions in the back office was EXTREMELY rude, and impatient, and yelled at me to come over to her as I was waiting in reception- she acted and made it clear that I was a complete burden. I’ve NEVER been spoken to that way before by anyone. So if I could rate my visit with that aspect, it would not be a 5 star rating.
Horrible, rude, and extremely arrogant doctor.
I was in and out within 30 mins for an annual checkup. His waiting room was not crowded with patients so I didn’t feel claustrophobic as I do in other waiting rooms. Crowded waiting rooms often feel like cattle rooms. I enjoyed my visit to Dr Cranes office.??
My appointment was easy to make and the visit was hassle-free. Greatly recommended!
Going there was the easiest and smoothest doctor's office experience I have ever had. Everyone who works there is friendly and efficient and Dr. Crane is very knowledgeable and helpful.
I’ve been going to Dr. Crane for many years. He is extremely professional, kind, thoughtful and thorough. He’s amazing. I can’t say enough positive things about him. I recommend him to everyone I know who is looking for a doctor.
No complaints, fast check in, fast check out, fast lab workers
Efficient, professional, friendly, and thorough.
Very efficient, blood work on site, very little wait time, very friendly.
Dr. Crane is excellent - personable and kind, and does not make you feel like your concerns are silly at all. However, his office staff is quite rude on the phone. They also take an extraordinarily long time to mail you things - I have been waiting for the front desk to mail me my blood work for almost two weeks since Dr. Crane called me with my results.
Excellent bedside manner, funny and smart. Listened to my concerns and helped to calm my fears. I would recommend him.
The office staff was friendly and informative. Dr. Crane was kind, respectful, and was able to answer all my questions. I waited less than 10 minutes to see the doctor.
Dr. Crane listened thoughtfully as I listed all my symptoms and concerns, even though I wasn't sure how relevant any of it was to the primary reason for the visit. He understood that I was just trying to give him a complete picture of my physical health and listened carefully, responding to each concern thoughtfully. The office staff were pleasant, especially the X-ray technician! I would definitely recommend Dr. Crane's practice!
Friendly, and helpful team and Dr. Crane has been a great choice for general practitioner! Definitely recommend.
Liked the doctor very much, was able to identify condition that three other doctors failed to recognize and address.
Great doctor! Very thorough!
I have been sick for about a month. My first appointment was perfect. I “waited” approximately two minutes, Dr Crane was attentive, kind, and smart. It was our first appointment and I left feeling like I had made a partner for the long haul. Attentive to my immediate needs, he also made me feel like he was invested in my preventive care and long term health.
Very thorough and was in / out in a timely manner with being well satisfied with my visit
The most efficient office experience I’ve ever had. Quick and seem-less. Dr. Crane and his staff were all very nice and welcoming!
Dr. Crane was very attentive to my concerns. Felt quite confident in his ability. I thought the supporting staff were great too. The x-ray technician was particularly nice to deal with.
I came in for an annual checkup. The visit was normal and included bloodwork. Dr. Crane assured me he will call as soon as they come in. I didn't hear back for weeks, called and left a few voicemails and spoke to a person, but never got any response. Then my insurance was billed for the wrong visit, as this was an annual checkup and not an office visit, which should be free. Though the doctor was nice as could be, the office was not responsive and was impossible to reach.
I had a very good experience. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, filled out the required paperwork and was taken in on time. Dr. Crane was very professional and made me feel comfortable.
I went to Dr. Crane for a physical on 8/29/18. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Crane within a few minutes of sitting in the waiting room. I felt very comfortable with the doctor and he was very nice during my examination. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Crane in the future.
Amazing doctor. He was very personable and spent time asking questions. All of my concerns were addressed
Dr Crane was excellent today. Addressed my issues, made me feel comfortable, looking forward to having him as my primary care doctor.
Thorough and caring.
Dr Crane is really great. He’s very thorough, and has wonderful bedside manner.
Fantastic diagnostician . I was misdiagnosed by three doctors and he immediately diagnosed my condition and gave me relief, wow what a find. Great guy. Carefully took the time to talk to me. What can I say I really was lucky to find him.
Knowledgable, attentive, pleasant bedside manner.
I love seeing Dr. Crane. He’s knowledgeable, patient, listens to my concerns and is very thorough. He offers both prescription and other alternatives like natural supplements as treatments.
Wonderful experience! Dr. Crane was very comforting and intelligent
Dr. Crane was very attentive to my illness and my concerns. He made me feel at ease and that there was a better way to treat my illness
This doctor is a class act. Excellent bedside manor and he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Even if I asked a question 3 or 4 times. EXCELLENT. Also thoroughly enjoyed his office staff. The function and flow of the office is great. Puts you at ease!
A very nice experience
Mixed bag. Dr. Crane was very cordial and thorough. The office needs updating, however. The x-ray room was a little scary (quite dated), although the radiologist was very friendly. The phlebotomist and the prescription lady were both curt, bordering on rude.
Dr Crane was very professional any very informative will continue to visit him when need.
In and out! Very clean, respectful, and knowledgeable.
Dr. Crane was great!
Efficient staff. Caring professional.
Excellent doctor. Thorough and attentive.
Very thorough and down to earth doctor. I was very pleased with my visit. It was time well spent. My only complaint is the front desk and phlebotomist were a little curt. But the doctor really helpful so I’ll deal with it.
Dr. Crane is an excellent doctor. He listens to my concerns and finds the best options to treat my condition.
I was not happy at all. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving but spent less than 10 minutes with the Doctor. I felt rushed and no empathy from Dr Crane. His bedside manner was curt and rushed. No tests ordered just a prescription and that’s it. He didn’t even bother to tell me my results from my last visit. I didn’t asked either because his attitude towards me was negative.
The visit itself went well, the office staff were courteous and Dr. Crane had a friendly bedside manner. The follow up was very poor. After indicating that I needed additional blood work because of some concerning results, I tried several times to reach the doctor for an update but was always told he was busy or away and never received a call back. After more than two weeks of worrying and waiting, I finally spoke with him (when he accidentally picked up my waiting call instead of another patient's) and he essentially told me off for being so persistent, saying he would have reached out if it was serious. Since there was no way for me to know that, I found this very upsetting and unprofessional.
The admin staff (especially the back that deals with coordinating xrays and follow up on results) is very rude, and makes me question whether I want to ever go back. The Doctor is generally good, but he staff was very unpleasant.
Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Dr. Crane was patient, knowledgeable and thorough.
This was my first time to Dr Krane. I loved his quick understanding of my problem. They have in-house x-ray and the radiology-tech is friendly as well. Look forward to getting my problem treated there.
This office is run well. The doctor is considerate, takes time with you and orders the necessary tests. He also gives you a plan so you know what to expect. He is the best doctor I have ever seen. So far so good. Would recommend to anyone.
